The 340B Program Manager serves as a key subject-matter expert, partnering cross-functionally with Pharmacy, Finance, and IT to ensure program integrity, optimize performance, and maximize financial impact across the enterprise. Location: Hybrid includes in-office and remote workdays. M-F Eastern Business hours with onsite meetings/ audits planned for business needs in Somerville and Boston. Must be flexible. The Pharmacy 340B Program Manager is vital to the team and responsible for managing registration and participation in the 340B Program for all 340B covered entities and ensuring that all use of 340B throughout the organization is fully compliant. In this role, you’ll have enterprise-wide visibility and impact, contributing to strategic planning and governance initiatives that shape the future of care delivery.**Qualifications****What You’ll Do*** Lead and oversee all aspects of the 340B program, including audit readiness, compliance, and regulatory adherence* Drive split-billing operations, data analytics, and enterprise-level reporting to ensure accuracy and maximize savings* Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to strengthen program performance* Monitor and optimize contract pharmacy relationships and performance* Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership across Pharmacy, Finance, and Compliance**What You Bring*** Deep expertise in the 340B Drug Pricing Program* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights* Experience working in complex, large-scale health systems* Proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and influence stakeholders**Qualifications*** Doctor of Pharmacy Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical Studies required* Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?
