Qualifications

• Current pharmacist licensure in California.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to assess and apply pharmacological principles.

Responsibilities

Skills

Knowledge of medical terminology related to drug usage

Education

Pharm.D. or equivalent degree

Completion of PGY1 residency

Completion of PGY2 residency in Pharmacogenomics preferred
