Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding and deliver training sessions for pharmacists on prior authorization systems and procedures.
• Develop and update training materials, templates, job aids, and communicate updates to the team.
• Ensure training content is accurate, compliant with federal/state regs and internal policies.
• Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, and materials for audits and reporting.
• Assess pharmacist performance through evaluations and feedback to identify improvement areas.
