Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Staff Pharmacist who will play a pivotal role in patient care, regulatory compliance, and daily pharmacy operations. The role includes supporting the Pharmacy Manager and supervising Pharmacy Technician Support Staff to ensure safety and service excellence.

You will lead initiatives to improve patient outcomes, manage inventory, and contribute to the pharmacy's financial performance while maintaining a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state where employed.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• No pending felony charges or convictions for offenses involving controlled substances.
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pharmacy Technician Support Staff and oversee daily operations.
• Ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance and quality assurance in the pharmacy.
• Manage inventory, profitability and loss prevention; deliver excellent customer service.
