CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead patient care and support the Pharmacy Manager in daily operations. You will supervise Pharmacy Support Staff, ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance and quality standards while managing inventory and workflow to support service excellence.

You will drive profitability, loss prevention and growth initiatives, delivering compassionate care and aligning with CVS Health values in a dynamic community setting.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in the state of employment.
• Immunization certification from an accredited organization.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• No pending felony charges or convictions for controlled substances.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD required.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead the Pharmacy Technician Support Staff and oversee operations.
• Ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
• Focus on customer service, inventory management and workflow efficiency.
• Drive profitability, loss prevention and performance improvement in the pharmacy.
