UAB Medicine in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Pharmacist Supervisor to oversee the infusion authorization team and ensure pharmacy operations meet guidelines and quality care standards. You will supervise daily activities, coordinate with PCC and infusion therapy teams, and optimize scheduling and staffing to maintain patient access and efficient prior authorization support.

Pay range: $109,250 - $177,530 / year
Shift: full-time AM

To supervise and evaluate pharmaceutical services in an assigned area. To ensure pharmacy operations conform to all applicable internal and external regulations, are fiscally sound and promote quality patient care. Provides pharmaceutical care as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and two (2) years of experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Licensed Pharmacist by the Alabama Board of Pharmacy (ALBOP) required.
