UAB Medicine in Birmingham, AL seeks a licensed Pharmacist to provide patient-focused pharmacy services, monitor therapy, and support educational programs.
Responsibilities include reviewing orders for safety, counseling patients and staff, distributing medications, and contributing to accuracy and quality of care.
Pay range: $104,045 - $169,075 / year
Shifts: 7 on / 7 off
Schedules: Monday - Friday 11am - 9:30 pm and Saturday - Sunday 6:30am - 5pm

To provide patient-focused pharmacy services including monitoring of therapy, interventions, basic pharmacokinetics, education and medication distribution. To support the mission, activities and programs of the division, department and the Hospital.
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Licensed Pharmacist by the Alabama Board of Pharmacy (ALBOP) required.
