Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
• Post-secondary certification with Epic experience.
• Operational and project management experience preferred.
• Current Epic and NVT certifications.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contributes to Eskenazi Health's mission and values.
• Acts as a primary contact for an application and coordinates issues across areas.
• Assists Product Director with deliverables and project management.
• Facilitates the problem resolution process for EHR systems.
• Performs in-depth analysis of workflows and data within EHR systems.
• Develops and documents internal procedures and project team procedures.
• Troubleshoots problems and questions from end users and supports IS/IT teams.
