Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
• Completion of pharmacy internship requirements as defined by the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy
• Current and active Pharmacist license issued by the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy, or eligibility to obtain prior to start date
• Must be at least 18 years of age

This position is for a floater pharmacist. Applicants must be willing to work at any Kettering Health Retail pharmacy.

Responsibilities & Requirements

The Pharmacist ensures the safe, effective, and accurate preparation and dispensing of medications to support optimal patient outcomes. This role provides medication therapy management, patient education, and collaborates with healthcare professionals to promote safe medication use and regulatory compliance. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.

Required Education
