Responsibilities & Requirements

The Pharmacist ensures the safe, effective, and accurate preparation and dispensing of medications to support optimal patient outcomes. This role provides medication therapy management, patient education, and collaborates with healthcare professionals to promote safe medication use and regulatory compliance. Performs other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a hospital, long-term care, infusion, or specialty pharmacy setting with exposure to oncology Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification; Board certification in a pharmacy specialty.
