Job summary

Kettering Health Hamilton is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacist for an acute hospital setting, located in Hamilton, Ohio. The position involves providing pharmaceutical information to multidisciplinary teams, engaging in Kinetic dosing, therapy consults and order verifications.

You will work directly with nursing staff, physicians and peers to deliver high-quality acute care services. Active Ohio licensure and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of Pharmacy with either a B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Active State of Ohio licensed Pharmacist.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
