Job summary

Kettering Health Hamilton in Hamilton, OH is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacist for an acute hospital setting. You will provide pharmaceutical information to multidisciplinary teams and engage in therapy consults and order verifications.

The role requires a pharmacist degree (B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD) and an active Ohio license, with flexibility for PRN, varied shifts and collaboration with nursing and physicians to deliver acute care services.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of Pharmacy with either a B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Active State of Ohio licensed Pharmacist.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
