Job summary

UW Health in northern Illinois is seeking a pharmacist to join its Swedish American Rockford campus on a PRN/registry basis. The schedule includes M-F 8am-5:30pm and Saturday 8am-3pm with variable shifts at 1401 E State St, Rockford.

Qualifications include a degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy, preferred ASHP residency, IL licensure or eligibility, immunization certification, and CPR/BLS upon hire. UW Health offers comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Job description

Work Schedule:

PRN, Registry/PRN M-F 8am-5:30pm, Saturday 8am-3pm. Variable shifts/schedule. You will work at UW Health Swedish American 1401 E State St. Rockford

Additional components of compensation may include:

Qualifications
