Job summary

UW Health in northern Illinois is seeking a Pharmacist to join the team at Swedish American Hospital in Rockford. This 100% FTE, hybrid position combines in-hospital responsibilities with flexible scheduling established during the hiring process.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy with residency training in pharmacy practice, drug information, informatics or administration, and IL licensure eligibility.

• Residency training in pharmacy practice, drug information, informatics or pharmacy administration or equivalent.
• Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.

100% FTE, hours will be established during the hiring process. This is a hybrid position in person work location will be UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St.

Additional components of compensation may include

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
