Job summary

UW Health Swedish American Hospital is seeking a Clinical Informatics Pharmacist to support pharmacy informatics initiatives with a focus on healthcare data, system optimization, and medication-use evaluation. This is a 100% FTE, hybrid in-person role with hours established during hiring.

Job description

Clinical Informatics Pharmacist (Finance)

100% FTE, hours will be established during the hiring process. This is a hybrid position in person work location will be UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St.

Additional components of compensation may include:

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
• Overtime

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy. Required
• Residency training in pharmacy practice, drug information, informatics or pharmacy administration or equivalent. Required
• Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required

• No minimum experience required.

Licenses & Certifications

• Current licensure from State of Illinois or license eligible. Required
