Job summary

WellDyne, a remote pharmacist role, requires a valid pharmacy license in the state of residence and residency in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, or Colorado.

Under the Pharmacist-In-Charge, you will resolve pharmacy service complaints, answer calls, review prescriptions, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred, with strong teamwork valued.

Qualifications

  • Two years minimum of pharmacy experience.
  • Ability to become licensed in multiple states as required.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to pharmacy service-related inquiries and maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
  • Answer customer and doctor calls and evaluate prescriptions.
  • Practice in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Contribute to teamwork and training of other staff.
  • Monitor inventory of controlled substances for accuracy.

This is a remote role and requires a valid pharmacy license in the state that you reside.
Must reside in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee or Colorado.
Shifts available are:
  • Saturday - Tuesday: (4) 10 hour Shifts or
  • Saturday - Monday: 8:00am - 8:00pm
Summary

Under the direction of the Pharmacist-In-Charge, practice in accordance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for participating in resolving pharmacy service-related complaints and concerns in accordance with company policy and promoting a positive customer experience.
  • Accountable for answering customer phone calls, doctor phone calls, and initial and final evaluation of prescriptions.
  • Responsible for practicing in accordance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations.
  • Contribute to and support an atmosphere of effective teamwork.
  • Monitor the perpetual inventory of Schedule II controlled substances for accuracy.
  • Attend pertinent meetings when necessary.
  • Assist in training and developing other pharmacy personnel.
  • Follow and aid in enforcement of all company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for keeping abreast of developments in the professional field.
  • Respect and maintain confidentiality guidelines of HIPAA.
Education and Experience
  • Ability to become licensed in multiple states as required.
  • Two years minimum of pharmacy experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of laws pertaining to storage, recordkeeping, and dispensing of drugs
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively, patiently, and courteously.
  • Ability to handle multiple activities or interruptions at once.
  • Focused team player, who can work in conjunction with pharmacists, other departments, customers, and management.
  • Work independently with little supervision and meet daily deadlines.
  • Ability to perform repetitious work accurately.

Pay Transparency

The average pay range for this role is $115,000.00-$135,000.00.*

*Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will consider a wide range of factors including location, experience, education, licenses/certifications, and other applicable qualifications.

Work Environment / Physical Demands

This position is in a typical office environment which requires prolonged sitting and standing in front of a computer. In addition, this position requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment, including the operation of standard computer and phone equipment.
