Job summary

HPCinfusion is seeking a pharmacy leader to oversee the operations of the pharmacy in Concord, NC. Under the direction of the Director of Pharmacy, you will ensure dispensing, scheduling, distribution, CQI, regulatory compliance and supervision of pharmacy personnel.

You will perform distribution of pharmaceutical products and equipment, maintain compliance with licensure and policies, monitor patients, assist with inventories and billing documents, and participate in safety and infection

Responsibilities

• Distributes pharmaceutical products, ancillary supplies and equipment.
• Ensures CQI, licensure and regulatory compliance in the pharmacy.
• Monitors patient clinical status and supports appropriate clinical oversight.
• Assists with pharmacy inventories and inventory control.
• Assists in obtaining/completing billing information and documentation.
• Manages prescriptions, pick lists, drug profiles and related documents as required by law or company.
• Ensures pharmacy compliance with HPC policies and procedures.
• Participates in in-services as requested to support safety and quality.
• Collaborates on inpatient safety, quality and infection control programs as directed.
