Responsibilities

• Performs distribution of pharmaceutical products, ancillary supplies and equipment
• Ensures compliance with CQI program, licensure, and regulatory requirements as they relate to pharmacy
• Assures appropriate clinical monitoring of patients
• Assists with pharmacy inventories
• Assist in obtaining/completing billing information and documentation
• Prescriptions, pick lists, drug profiles, and other documents as required by law or company
• Ensures pharmacy compliance with HPC’s policies and procedures
• Conducts in-services as required/requested
• Participates inpatient safety, quality, and infection control programs as directed
