Lifepoint Health, through WellBridge Healthcare Fort Worth, is seeking a Pharmacist to join our team on a PRN basis in Fort Worth, TX. The role supports interdisciplinary care, reviews medication orders, and provides drug information to staff and patients.
Required is a Texas pharmacy license with a PharmD preferred, plus CPR and de-escalation training within 30 days of hire. Ability to work under pressure and under minimal supervision is essential.
Schedule: PRN, Monday- Friday
