Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Pharmacist, Population Health to join our team. You will develop and support clinical programs, review outcomes, and translate clinical guidelines into cost-effective program tools.

The role spans multiple PBM initiatives and collaborates across departments including Residency and P&T committees. The position requires pharmacy licensure, clinical experience, and knowledge of PBM operations, with ongoing program testing and documentation to support Navitus

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
Current, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the state of residence, or reciprocity within 4 months.
2+ years of clinical experience, or residency plus 1 year clinical experience.
Knowledge of PBM industry, formulary management, and managed care principles.
Proficiency with drug literature and clinical trials; familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and maintenance of new clinical programs and PBM initiatives.
Educate clients, members, providers, and staff on program outcomes.
Provide clinical outreach to improve care coordination.
Assist operations with PBM program implementation and daily functions.
Communicate Medicare Part D, PQA, and HEDIS guidance to stakeholders.
Support Residency Program Director with the PGY1 Managed Care Residency.
Provide leadership to Product Managers and internal clinical groups.
Contribute to formulary decisions discussed by P&T committees.
