Cook Children’s is seeking a licensed pharmacist to provide professional services in our Pharmacy department at the Medical Center-Prosper. You will verify, dispense, and monitor medications while adhering to hospital policies and patient safety standards.
The role requires graduation from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy and Texas licensure (or eligibility) with BLS certification. Relocation to Texas residents is preferred for this on-site position.

The pharmacist provides professional pharmaceutical services to patients, healthcare providers, and hospital staff. The pharmacist ensures safe, optimal pharmaceutical therapy outcomes through the verification and dispensing of medication. All activities are done in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations with the health and welfare of the patient paramount.
Graduate from an American Council on Pharmacy Education accredited school of pharmacy.
Texas Pharmacist License or eligible for Texas Licensure as a registered pharmacist.
Pharmacist licensure must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification
