Job summary

Cook Children's Medical Center in Fort Worth is seeking a pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Department. This role provides professional pharmaceutical services to patients, healthcare providers, and hospital staff, and ensures safe medication therapy through verification and dispensing processes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an American Council on Pharmacy Education accredited school of pharmacy.
• Texas Pharmacist License or eligible for Texas Licensure as a registered pharmacist. Licensure must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification.
