• Excellent written and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient Pharmacist position in an acute hospital setting.
• Provide pharmaceutical information to multidisciplinary health care teams, engage in Kinetic dosing, therapy consults and order verifications.
• Work directly with nursing, physicians and peers to provide acute care services.
