Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a hospital pharmacist to join a collaborative outpatient-focused team serving the San Carlos Apache community. The role may support inpatient/ER when needed, with flexible scheduling and no on-call requirements.

The position emphasizes patient counseling, accurate prescription processing, and compliance with policies and laws in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required (PALS may be obtained on-site).
• 1–2+ years of clinical/hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of current medications and clinical practice.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to counsel patients.
• Must process prescriptions and controlled substances accurately and in compliance with policy and law.

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients effectively in a fast-paced hospital setting.
• Assist with outpatient and inpatient/ER coverage as needed.
• Ensure accurate prescription processing and controlled substance handling.
