Job summary

Select Medical in Springdale is seeking a Pharmacist to support inpatient post-ICU care at Regency Hospital on a per diem basis. The pharmacist will oversee drug distribution, IV admixture, and clinical support within a high-volume hospital pharmacy.

Responsibilities include ensuring drug availability, educating patients on discharge medications, participating in training, and contributing to ongoing quality improvement. State licensure is required; BLS may be required by the state.

Responsibilities

• As the Pharmacist, you will be responsible for having a working knowledge of all areas of pharmaceutical services including drug distribution systems, central operations and IV admixture.
• Providing clinical support of the hospital pharmacy function in a fast paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires successful completion of all educational requirements as mandated for state licensure.
• Current State licensure required.
• BLS if required by State.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pharm D or BS Pharm plus advanced degree or completion of hospital pharmacy residency.
