Job summary

Regency Hospital in Golden Valley, MN is seeking a Pharmacist for a Per Diem position. The role involves providing pharmaceutical services across drug distribution, central operations and IV admixture, with clinical support for hospital pharmacy functions in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Pharm D or BS Pharm plus advanced degree or completion of hospital pharmacy residency.

• Provide clinical support of the hospital pharmacy function in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain adequate drug supplies at the pharmacy at all times.
• Instruct patients on medications to be used after discharge.
• Develop and participate in new employee training and education programs.
• Participate in patient drug therapy monitoring.
• Promote an environment of continuous quality improvement.
