Responsibilities

• Follow Total Health Care’s Best Practice Pharmacy Procedures.
• Receive, verify, obtain and document refill authorizations and fill prescriptions accurately.
• Dispose and dispense medications with professional judgment and ensure patient safety.
• Comply with local, state and federal regulations regarding mandatory consultations on prescription and OTC drugs.
• Supervise technicians and interns and maintain proper inventory controls.
