Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacist to provide expert-level pharmacy services, patient education, and medication management across our stores. You will deliver immunizations, ensure safety, and support a collaborative pharmacy team in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualified candidates hold an active pharmacist license, are immunizer certified or willing to become one within 90 days, and have retail pharmacy experience. Walgreens offers competitive pay, PTO, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting services to patients
• Educate and consult patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options
• Deliver clinical healthcare services, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management
• Ensure medication safety through accurate compounding, dispensing, and regulatory compliance
• Mentor and train pharmacy team members in a collaborative and supportive environment
