Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (minimum)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of basic math and arithmetic
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customers’ prescription needs with high accuracy
• Administer vaccines as needed
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care
• Ensure pharmacy complies with local, state and federal laws (HIPAA)
• Maintain professional image and adhere to company dress standards
• Develop knowledge of the trade area and competition
• Maintain records, inventory, scheduling and equipment
• Keep staff trained on policy manuals and state laws
• Maintain proper signage and professional pharmacy environment
• Operate and maintain pharmacy equipment safely
