Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Pharmacist licensure required).
• Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customers' prescription needs with accuracy.
• Administer vaccines as needed.
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care.
• Ensure compliance with all laws including HIPAA.
• Maintain professional image and adhere to standards.
• Monitor stock, inventory, recalls and reports.
• Maintain records for controlled substances.
• Follow procedures for handling pharmacy products from sources.
• Ensure accuracy tools and post-dispensing audits are used.
