Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of state and Federal pharmacy laws.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to supervise pharmacy associates.
• Strong integrity and confidentiality. Authorization to fill Medicare/Medicaid prescriptions.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Store Managers and other associates.
• Oversee professional and business operations within the pharmacy department.
• Identify store-level sales and marketing opportunities with the Store Manager.
• Supervise the performance of duties of all pharmacy associates.
• Ensure adequate staffing and training of pharmacy personnel.
• Adhere to Company policies and Pharmacy Standard Practice Manual.
• Perform immunizations per Company standards.
• Maintain professional appearance and clear communication within the department.
• Work within management planning guidelines to maintain productivity.
• Support Company safety standards and address equipment issues.
