Job summary

You will maintain stock, manage controlled substances, and uphold Kroger standards while delivering exceptional patient care. Requires Doctor of Pharmacy and license; retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in pharmacy.
• Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Knowledge of basic math.
• Effective oral/written communication skills.
• 1 year of retail experience (desired).
• Second language (speaking, reading, and/or writing) (desired).

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customers' prescription needs with high accuracy.
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws including HIPAA.
• Maintain professional image and adherence to Kroger policies.
• Know the trade area, customers and competition.
• Create a positive pharmacy department image through service and cooperation.
• Monitor stock replenishment, inventory, policies, records and recalls.
