Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacist to provide expert pharmacy consulting, educate patients on medications, and deliver clinical services such as immunizations and MTM. You will ensure safe dispensing, support regulatory compliance, and help mentor pharmacy staff in a collaborative setting.

Qualified candidates hold a PharmD/BS in Pharmacy with active licensure, and immunization certification or willingness to obtain it within 90 days. Walgreens offers competitive pay and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting services to patients
Educate and consult patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options
Deliver clinical healthcare services, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management
Ensure medication safety through accurate compounding, dispensing, and regulatory compliance
Mentor and train pharmacy team members in a collaborative and supportive environment
