Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist licensure in good standing in the state where the hospital is located.
• Degree from an accredited pharmacy program.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily pharmacy operations to meet customer and patient expectations.
• Developing pharmacy-specific policies and procedures in compliance with Joint Commission and other regulatory regulations.
• Active participation in the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Accurate interpretation, compounding, and dispensing of medications in accordance with laws and professional standards.
