Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Fort Myers is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to ensure safe medication use and contribute to rehabilitative patient care. You will lead daily pharmacy operations, participate in policy development, and work with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes independent judgment, regulatory compliance, and ongoing clinical service development within a nationally recognized post-acute care system.

Competenze

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing in the state where the hospital is located.
• Degree from an accredited pharmacy program (PharmD preferred).
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Overseeing daily pharmacy operations to meet customer and patient expectations.
• Contributing to the development of pharmacy-specific policies and procedures in compliance with Joint Commission and other regulatory agency regulations.
• Active participation in the interdisciplinary team, leveraging critical information for positive patient outcomes.
• Accurate interpretation, compounding, and dispensing of medication in adherence to legal and professional pharmacy standards.
