Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Fort Myers is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure safe medication use within rehabilitative care. You will contribute to policy development and work with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes independent judgment, adherence to Joint Commission standards, and participation in ongoing clinical initiatives to improve medication management.

Competenze

• State pharmacy board licensure in good standing.
• Degree from an accredited pharmacy program or equivalent.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Overseeing daily pharmacy operations to meet customer and patient expectations.
• Contributing to the development of pharmacy-specific policies and procedures in compliance with Joint Commission and other regulatory agency regulations.
• Active participation in the interdisciplinary team, leveraging critical information for positive patient outcomes.
• Accurate interpretation, compounding, and dispensing of medication in adherence to legal and professional pharmacy standards.
