Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and active state licensure in good standing.
• Strong communication skills—oral and written.
• Ability to perform math operations and handle stressful situations.

Responsabilités

• Fulfill customers’ prescription needs with high accuracy.
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws (HIPAA).
• Maintain professional appearance and pharmacy standards.
• Know the trade area, customers, and competition.
• Foster a positive pharmacy image through service and cooperation.
• Manage stock, inventory, records, security, and equipment.
• Maintain records for scheduled drugs and regulatory compliance.
• Use accuracy tools and post-dispensing audits as required.
