Responsibilities

• Interprets prescriptions, checks drug interactions, enters data, and supervises Technicians.
• Counsels patients by phone and in person; explains dosing and duration of therapy.
• Reviews inventory daily and places orders to maintain stock without overstocking.
• Ensures proper billing and compliance with insurance plans, CMS, and board requirements.
• Maintains state license and up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy systems.
• Controls expenses and maximizes store profitability while maintaining attendance.
• Follows security procedures and maintains inventory integrity.
• Manages third-party rejections and generates daily/weekly reports.
• Complies with all laws and company procedures; performs other duties as assigned.
