• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is required.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).
• 1 year of retail experience.
• Second language (speaking, reading, and/or writing).

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customers' prescription needs with emphasis on accuracy.
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care.
• Ensure pharmacy compliance with local, state, and federal laws (HIPAA).
• Maintain professional image and adhere to dress standards.
• Develop knowledge of trade area and competition.
• Create a positive pharmacy image through service and cooperation.
• Monitor stock replenishment, inventory, policies, and records.
• Maintain records for controlled substances and security.
• Follow procedures for handling products from sources.
