Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Pharmacist to fulfill prescription needs and provide pharmaceutical care with accuracy in a retail setting in Indiana. You will counsel patients, ensure compliance with HIPAA and all laws, and maintain high standards of professionalism and security.

The role requires a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, active state licensure, strong math and communication skills, and the ability to handle stressful situations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required.
• Current State Pharmacist Licensure in good standing.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Fulfill customers' prescription needs with accuracy.
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care to customers.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws (including HIPAA).
• Maintain professional image and adhere to company dress standards.
• Develop knowledge of the trade area, customers and competition.
• Manage stock replenishment, inventory levels, and store policies.
• Maintain records for scheduled drugs and security procedures.
• Ensure proper use of accuracy tools and post-dispensing audits.
• Keep records and reporting in line with Kroger policies and regulations.
• Maintain clean, organized pharmacy workspace and signage.
