Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customers' prescription needs with accuracy.
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws (HIPAA).
• Maintain professional image and adhere to dress standards.
• Know the trade area, customers, and competition.
• Foster a positive pharmacy department image through service and cooperation.
• Monitor stock, inventory, policies, and records as per policy.
• Maintain records and security on scheduled drugs.
• Follow procedures for handling products from authorized sources.
• Use accuracy tools and post-dispensing audits appropriately.
• Maintain legal compliance records and Kroger policies.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and signage.
• Ensure timely processing of product returns and equipment upkeep.
• Train staff on policy manuals and usage of equipment.
• Post appropriate store signage and display.
• Broaden pharmacy knowledge continually.
• Ability to perform essential duties with/without accommodation.
