Opportunities Available

Specialty Pharmacy

Our Specialty Pharmacy team supports patients managing complex and chronic conditions and works collaboratively with providers, clinical teams, and pharmacy staff to coordinate high-quality specialty pharmacy services. The role includes medication management, patient and provider support, and navigating the unique requirements associated with specialty medications.

Previous specialty pharmacy experience is valuable but not required. We are willing to train an experienced pharmacist who brings strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and a desire to learn specialty pharmacy.

Community Pharmacy

Our Community Pharmacy team provides comprehensive pharmacy services in a fast-paced, relationship-focused environment. A meaningful portion of our work supports mental and behavioral health and addiction treatment and recovery, giving our pharmacists the opportunity to develop strong relationships with providers, treatment organizations, and the communities they serve.

This is community pharmacy with a different model—focused on relationships, continuity of care, collaboration, and service rather than the traditional large-chain retail environment.

What We're Looking For

Candidates must possess or be eligible to obtain an active Kentucky pharmacist license and be in good standing with the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy.

We are looking for pharmacists who demonstrate strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, accountability, and a commitment to providing exceptional pharmacy services.

Previous specialty, mental health, behavioral health, or addiction treatment experience is not required. Pharmacists from community, retail, hospital, specialty, and other practice settings are encouraged to apply.
