Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring compliance with DEA, HIPAA, and third-party contracts, and handling sterile IV products. Requirements: Texas Pharmacist license, 1+ year experience (mail-order preferred), ability to lift 25 pounds, stand/walk all shift, and flexible

Qualifikationen

• Active Texas Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacist experience.
• 1 year of experience in fulfillment/mail order preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand or walk during the shift.
• Flexible hours and on-site availability.

Aufgaben

• Execute day-to-day pharmacy operations to meet workflow and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations including DEA.
• Supervise production staff and maintain security and delivery schedules.
• Review labels for accuracy; prepare sterile IV products as needed.
• Maintain controlled substance inventory and participate in on-call rotations.
• Adhere to HIPAA and company policies.
