Job summary

Providence Swedish Issaquah seeks a pharmacist to ensure safe, effective drug therapy for all patients within a multidisciplinary team.

The pharmacist provides clinical drug information to physicians, nurses, patients and other healthcare professionals and participates in staff training, orientation and education to support patient-centered care in our hospital setting.

This role emphasizes collaboration across disciplines and continuous learning to uphold quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License.

Responsibilities
