Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a pharmacist to compound and dispense prescribed drugs in a hospital setting, consult on drug interactions and patient history, and respond to questions about medications and dosing.

Minimum education: PharmD or B.Pharm; SC Pharmacist license; BLS certification required; pharmacy residency preferred. Part-time, day shift, 20 hours per week at MUSC.

Qualifications

• Minimum Training and Education: Doctor of Pharmacy or a Bachelor's degree in pharmacy.
• Completion of a pharmacy residency preferred.
• Required Licensure, Certifications, Registrations: Licensed as a Registered Pharmacist by the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy.
• AHA/BLS certification required (Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers).

Additional Job Description
