Job summary

Omnicell, Inc. in Redding, CA is seeking a Pharmacist-In-Charge to lead the Specialty Pharmacy team. You’ll apply your expertise at the top of your license, drive efficient operations, and deliver personalized patient care.

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• California state pharmacy board examination must be completed.
• Pharmacist license current and in good standing in California.
• Up-to-date continuing education requirements.
• Three (3) years of experience in the practice of pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and pharmacy consulting with empathy and confidentiality.
• Build relationships with local physicians to ensure safe, accurate dispensing.
• Own operations and lead the pharmacy team toward continual improvement.
• Stay informed on regulations and retail pharmacy best practices; know specialty diseases.
