Job summary

Omnicell, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacist-In-Charge for our Specialty Pharmacy in San Francisco, CA. You will lead the local pharmacy team, ensure compliant dispensing, and maintain high-quality patient care with clinical oversight and collaboration with physicians.

You’ll drive operations, stay current with regulations, and participate in innovation in medication management within a global company that values employee development, balance, and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• California state pharmacy board examination passed.
• Pharmacist license current and in good standing in the state of California.
• Up to date on all continuing education requirements as part of pharmacist license maintenance.
• Two years of experience in the practice of pharmacy.
• Two years of experience in pharmacy management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and lead pharmacy operations.
• Offer exceptional patient care and pharmacy consulting services with confidentiality and diligence.
• Build effective relationships with local physicians and medical community for safe dispensing.
• Drive continual improvement and empower the pharmacy team’s development.
• Stay informed of regulations and best practices in specialty pharmacy.
