Job summary

Omnicell in Richmond, IN is seeking a Pharmacist-In-Charge to lead our Specialty Pharmacy team and provide top-tier patient care. You’ll work at the top of your license, oversee operations, and drive continual improvement in medication management while collaborating with local physicians and a broader global organization.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with weekend-free work, a 12% annual bonus eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one.

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy from an accredited college
• Successful completion of state pharmacy board examination
• Pharmacist license current and in good standing
• Up-to-date continuing education requirements
• Three (3) years of experience in the practice of pharmacy

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and pharmacy consulting with empathy, confidentiality, and diligence
• Build effective relationships with local physicians to ensure accurate and safe dispensing of medication
• Own pharmacy operations and continually improve, lead the pharmacy team
• Stay informed of regulations and best practices in specialty diseases
• Clinical oversight and innovation; participate in Omnicell's medication management initiatives

Pharmacy Hours and Location

• This pharmacy serves the local community Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
• We are located at 520 S. 9th St, Ste A Richmond, IN 47374.

• Provide exceptional and personalized patient care and pharmacy consulting services; advise and guide with empathy, confidentiality, and diligence

What You'll Bring

Basic Qualifications

• Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
• Successful completion of state pharmacy board examination
• Pharmacist license current and in good standing
• Up-to-date on all continuing education requirements
• Three (3) years of experience in the practice of pharmacy

Preferred Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in pharmacy management

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• This position is moderately active and requires standing, walking, and other movement for the duration of the shift and lifting up to 25 pounds
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear
• Ability to see distinctions in colors and shapes

Drug Screen: Required

Base Compensation: $155,000.00 to $165,000.00 (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as location, education, experience, and skillset.
