Responsibilities

Supervise all pharmacy staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
Assist with training and onboarding of new staff.
Develop staffing schedules for pharmacists and technicians.
Review medication orders for appropriateness and safety.
Oversee labeling and dispensing accuracy.
Advise physicians and facilities staff on therapy changes when needed.
Maintain patient history, clinical and laboratory data in the database.
Handle medication-related inquiries and collaborate with nursing and physicians.
