Job summary

Qualifications
- Licensed by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required; Master’s degree or PharmD preferred.
- 3 years related experience required, 5 years preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience in pharmacy technology oversight preferred.
Responsibilities
- Directs daily operations of the inpatient pharmacy / CentRx.
- Exhibits leadership in planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating cost center functions.
- Manages cost center areas to meet fiscal goals and implement value-added programs.
- Ensure department customers: patients, employees, physicians are satisfied with service and communication.
